Return Policy

At Jack and Rascals, we strive to make sure you and your pet are happy with your purchase by keeping a very simple and easy to use return policy.

Our Return Policy is as follows:

All consumable products (dog and cat food, treats, supplements etc) are 100% guaranteed by both Jack and Rascal's as well as their manufacturer.  If at any time within 30 days of purchase you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to the store for an exchange or full refund.  We do require that any product exchanged or refunded be in its original packaging with UPC still attached, as well as their being a minimum of 50% of the product remaining.

All other pet supply products are also refundable or exchangeable, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase and are in original packaging and unused condition.  A few notable exceptions to this policy are as follows:

1.  Dog/Cat Toys- Jack and Rascals does not guarantee the durablity or suitability of any toy.  Toys can only be refunded or exchanged if they are brand new, unused with original packaging still attached.

2.  Crates/Beds/Bowls/Containers/Leashes/Collars/Harnesses/Clothing/Grooming equipment-  For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products once used.  We will however exchange for an exact replacement if the product proves defective.  Dog/Cat beds and furniture are not guaranteed for durability by Jack and Rascal's.  Some manufacturers may have warranties that cover damage to pet beds but that has to be sought directly through the manufacturer.
